SUMMARY:2023 Valentine's Ride
DESCRIPTION:It’s that time again to get your missives prepared for your loved one’s!  We will be meeting up at the BP on 460 and headed out to Valentine’s VA to post all those cards.  The route out is one we’ve done in the past with no surprises.  Date for the ride is 2/4/23\, but if weather intrudes we will push to 2/11/23.  After we post our cards there will be two options to head up to Homeplate Grill in Emporia for lunch. DESCRIPTION:All are invited for some lake time at Kerr Lake.  Steve Perrot is hosting a day visit on Saturday 29 July\, or you can camp overnight Friday 28Jul and/or Sat 29Jul. \nHenderson Point Campground (Kerr Lake)\, Henderson\, NC \nDay Trip:  Visit Steve Perrot’s camp (and beach) in Area 1 for $7\, payable to State of NC upon entry into the campground.  We will likely grill some grub. \nCamping:  Feel free to reserve your own site directly on the lake.  Note max 2 tents per site\, so share with your buddy.  These sites are premo bc they are directly on the lake shoreline\, however sites are remote with no electricity. \nRules:  Note this is a NC state park.  Open and advertised alcohol is prohibited 😉 .  Check-in at 4pm\, thus Steve is gonna camp Fri & Sat so we may commence early Sat. Visitors allowed at $7 per vehicle.  Steve will be caging-you bring ice and bevs or drive the cage to the sto.
